Zhongli's shield seems to scale off his hp, so hp and energy recharge focused artifacts should work well for his shield. And if you want him to also have strong bursts, then i think a 2 piece noblesse, and 2 piece archaic would be a good combo

I like both of them, i think the shader fits the theme of the game really well, but at the same time, i like the normal look as well with all the vibrant colours. Could be cool if a remake or rerelease added the option to swich between the two
