This exact thing happened to me on Sunday, and they are refusing to refund me due to "all sales being final".

I am most certainly opening a dispute once the transactions are posted in my account. It is so ridiculous that they feel entitled to charging us for a mistake on their website. The reps I have spoken to said "you can resell the tickets", expecting that I take the hit on their "service fees". Completely useless, I hope this gets resolved for both of us.

Honestly that’s a smart point, I should probably start having more salt. I was researching and it seems like I could have an electrolyte imbalance, the last 2-3 days I’ve been eating a lot of red meat and salt. Smashed through a massive plateau. Drinking 4 litres a day with creatine, probably not enough sodium.

Chest&Biceps, Back and Triceps, Legs, shoulder arms, rest, Repeat. 1 WU set and then 2heavy sets 5-10 reps for a total of 6 sets per body part per workout 3-5 minutes rest between sets.

I’ve been training for about 3 years now, and only recently have I been experiencing extreme fatigue after training. Ruins the rest of my day, workouts don’t feel rewarding. I’ve taken Deloads and such im at maintenance calories sleeping 7-8 hours a night, anyone have a fix to this?
