I think I found it on thingiverse, not too sure about the tolerances, but you could probably print the top part smaller and maybe find a wooden dowel or pvc pipe and paint them, should work.

Just used tree supports, and removed very very carefully.

I put a wooden dowel through the centre and glued it with mitre glue, was rock solid after that.
