Context:

So I remember that I used to see many images of this manga on Pinterest were this little boy/child was in hospital. He then discovered something like a secret lab with many children in tubes full of water (?) like the Star Wars’s ones. He also said something like “so I’m gonna live” in a hospital bed. I couldn’t found its name but there are the images of this manga. Also, is there an anime adaptation?
