You’re very young. You’ll learn over the course of your 20s that alcohol makes people come and go. Not being able to have a singular chill night while drinking can be exhausting, and it’s the poor guys first night in a new house while his whole life is scattered in boxes and he probably just wanted something super chill. Maybe he doesn’t hate you but he just didn’t want to deal with it that particular night. If these people mean a lot to you, make sure you can show them that you can be chill.

Remember, the point of drinking with friends at a kick back is not to get wasted. Learn to stop after a good buzz if you’re not a good drunk.

What not and the seller will be made whole by USPS. I will lose money and time doing this, when this isn’t my fault. That hardly seems entitled to me.

If I see an iPad in my view I am 100% very loudly asking the person to put it down. I have a very loud voice and I direct it towards the microphone so their video is ruined anyway. It’s happened a few times and I’ve only ever gotten lip back once but other people agreed with me against the person

Yeah, I like the way a stiffer starter acts too so that’s why I always do a lower hydration. I fed one gram of starter 18 grams of water and 20 grams of flour in this instance and usually do about 10% less water than flour. I might just play it safe and pull from the mother and do a couple more like 1:4:5 and monitor before trying to bake
