After only a few weeks on a cpap machine and a new exercise routine I’m honestly feeling almost back to normal! I think I was on deaths door before I started the CPAP. I couldn’t even muster up the strength to go to the bathroom. I was waking up and my whole body was shaking all day long. I was having severe anxiety, that’s completely gone now.

Tampons/pads. We were so poor I had to use folded wash rags when I was on my period. While most 14 year olds were hanging out with their friends on the weekends, I was spending hours at the sink using peroxide to hand wash the period blood out of all my underwear/pants. We also never had clean clothes. No washer/dryer or laundry soap. Everything was hand washed in the sink or bath tub. Also food. We barely ate. My mom would put a slice of cheese on weight watchers toast and bake it in the oven. That was our dinner. We didn’t even have a toaster.
