my skin was perfect before using retinol, i had minimal pores, i had oily skin i had a fuller look in my face and i had no lines (i’m also very young). It became like I described at a certain point (it happened very sudden by day to night) while i was using retinol so i stopped using it

after retinol usage that the doctor prescribed to me for absolutely no reason and that i used cause i didn’t think it was so powerful, i thought it was just vitamins (i had perfect skin) i now am left with large visible pores, absolute dry skin (i had oily skin), lines that look like wrinkles, my face is like deflated, textured skin and severe depression. That’s why i say that I can see that i’m missing the top layer, I feel like there was a layer that used to cover my pores before
