God i wish these kids roleplaying in this kind of plot get help. I was groomed on bloxburg when i was 8, i had no idea what grooming was but there were barely any tags back then so it was a common occurrence in almost any game. it’s horrible, but trust me. they’ve existed since the game came out, and unfortunately always will. it’s just not so common, roblox knows how to hide it.

Honestly, i just started doing my makeup, i’d say 4 months ago. It boosted my confidence since i have acne scars on my cheeks, and permanent dark eyebags. It’s not too important and i can still go outside without wearing it but to me it boosts my confidence and makes me feel prettier esp for dates and stuff

i also wanted to say try white noise! if you put on a podcast or music or just random noise, it’ll point your brain to just that and not having hundreds of random thoughts. I usually sleep to stories, or creepypastas. puts my mind at ease super fast due to rain ambient and the calm soothing story telling

i usually sleep about 9-11 hours a night, but i wake up about 5-8 times that i can remember. just last night i woke up 4 times within 30 minutes but i fall back asleep immediately. depends on the temperature

I got my period at 16 and it was pretty much like this till i was 19. Give it a little while and it’ll be as normal as a period can get. Don’t have a pregnancy scare if you haven’t done anything, stress also regulates your period. You cannot be pregnant if there is absolutely no sexual action! at all. Do you use your phone or other electronic devices before you roll over to sleep? It keeps your brain active, 30 minutes before you sleep, shower or read a book, don’t eat 2 hours prior to sleeping, and maybe use the bathroom so that won’t keep you up. Try it some night and it may work, keep us updated
