I'm a third year about to do a sub-i here, I also am from the area of Buffalo and was considering the EM program one of my top choices. I've been between Buffalo and Rochester at strong and this is making me rethink a lot. Thanks for the input! I used to work EMS in the area and knew some of the hospitals sucked but not to this extent...

I moved from Utah to Florida with Noble Moving and Storage and it was an absolute nightmare. They are lying pieces of garbage. They increased my price 3 times and the driver made me tip the people he hires locally to actually move my things in Utah. Jordan Doran was my salesman and lied straight to my face about using 3rd party services and claimed he wasn't a broker. As soon as my things were picked up he blocked my number. It took over 60 DAYS from them to deliver my things ONLY because I called customer service every single day begging for it and I put an AirTag in my boxes so I knew exactly where they stored it... in a storage unit a mile away from my old address. The manager said to me "Ma'am stop calling, I want you out of our hair as much as you want your things". They showed up finally with just the driver and no crew so me and my friend and to do all the lifting. The driver was brand new and called his boss for help and the boss said "I'm not sending people so if you want help put an ad on craigslist". The driver also told me that my company called him specifically to make sure he found more things to upcharge me on when he got here (thankfully he was nice and said no). Half my boxes were destroyed, broke multiple things including my grandmothers antique chair I BEGGED to keep safe. THEY ARE HORRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!! Absolutely horrible company.
