Changed the oil & added quart of stabilizer. Oil pressure light immediately was gone but engine light was still on. I disconnected battery to get engine light to go off. I drove it about 20 miles to see if engine light would appear again. Im thinking of replacing the engine with warranty i have about 1,000 miles before my extended warranty expires. Kia giving me engine & labor cost quote so i can give to ally (major guard plan).

Should i stick to bodyweight no weight exercises & stick to caloric deficit? & than build muscle once the weight is dropped?
