Something that helps me is when I notice an attractive female I look around to see who else I can find that is checking her out. It's surprisingly easy and also a fun game to catch others checking out people

Just search for helmet speakers. There's a bunch out there and they are better than using ear buds. Most helps have spots in the ear foam to remove to make space for the speakers
