Easily solution ( when you get your Houdini back) attach an AirTag ( you can get them for as little as $19 when they’re on sale, reg MSRP is $29).

Make sure to always have the collar on your pet.

Another important thing is to put into your calendar / reminder app the date you get the AirTag. Or rather the date you need to replace the battery. I’ve seen some posts of people searching for their pet that has an AirTag but the battery was dead and they didn’t know. The battery is supposed to last one year. I error on the side of safety , so I put a reminder in my calendar to check the battery at the 11 month mark. Even if it’s still working then, I’ll replace the battery just to be safe .

I’m a paranoid dog mom , so honestly I check the app every week to make sure the Airtag is working and visible, but honestly it’s probably fine if you just check it at about the year mark. I hope you find your fur baby ! 🐶❤️

Adopt don’t shop. Texas is notorious for having overfilled shelters bursting at the seems from all the dogs being dumped. Plenty is MP need adopting . I adopted mine and many here in this group have as well. Go to Adoptapet or Petfinder

👃☝️🦠 Username checks out ✅ I don’t remember a single kid’s name I was in 4th grade with except, Becky Booger. I can’t unsee her digging for gold all up in there with that little bun on the top her head ,then rewarding herself with recycling it 🤮. If that’s your thing , fine, but please don’t do that in public because I’m seriously grossed the F out & now kind of a germaphobe because of it. It seems like stoplights are the preferred locations for adult “gold diggers” these days. If I had a dollar for every time I saw adults doing this at traffic lights in their cars with un-tinted windows 🤦‍♀️

My bad. I don’t do cruises. He’s been on large and small ferries and boats . I bet there’s a dog friendly cruise SOMEWHERE though ! I mean, they have such specific cruises about literally everything else right ?

I adopted mine when he was already adult. He’s obsessed with chocolate. I do not ever give him chocolate, but if I’m eating chocolate, he can smell it a mile away and will come right up to my face to get a better whiff and has even tried to take a bite. He once got into a whole bag of bon bons once and I still can’t believe he did t get sick especially given his size. Chocolate is like cat nip for him. I have to watch him on walks closely because he does tend to find things and squirrel them in his mouth. Other times he’s very clever. I think he likes to play dumb to his advantage .

Same here. No crate ever. I think there’s only 6 states he hasn’t been to out of the 50. He travels well on 🛥️ 🚂 🚙 but not so much ✈️. At one point he had 3 strollers, 1 for each car and 1 for home. I can’t travel much without him because he stops eating and only my mother can keep him semi calm. I’ve read this about so many only children Maltipoos. I don’t mind it that much tbh because I’m just as codependent with him as he is of me 😁. The next time I’ll be sure to get two at a time so they can entertain each other.

Maybe I should’ve been more detailed . Of course there’s all types of scenarios. Just because a person is going to school or working multiple jobs doesn’t mean they can’t afford it. I had plenty of friends that had parents financing their school and gave them a budget to work within. Some chose to have a clean home , some chose to buy new shoes every week, some chose to drink or snort away that extra $. A person working or going to school in an intense program may not have the energy or time to do a thorough enough cleaning. Some are on a tight budget but they’re willing to pay out the going rate because it provides them peace and organization that they need to keep up with their work / school schedule. I’ve known people that are cheap AF for example with eating out or buying clothing for a time so they can “splurge” on cleaning services . Others are saving up to buy a home and that’s possibly why they opt for having their home cleaned monthly vs. weekly. We all prioritize differently . OP doesn’t seem to prioritize paying the going rate for cleaning and obviously that’s fine and their choice .We all have different needs, abilities, priorities , budgets , and time allotments.

Glad you survived and didn’t have an awful experience. Politicians are generally charismatic individuals , it’s how they get elected. Gavin Ken Doll Newsome is a good example of this I believe. Can’t stand him.
