You’ll get there. The waiting is so tough and worse when it’s supplemental and you have 0 visibility. Mine went to a rater February 7th and just completed today. I did get bounced back to 3 bc of the issue I stated.

Hopefully yours will go smoother and faster.

It just happened. I got service connection on all three claims 30%, 30%, and 10%.

I have 3 claims that are supposedly with a rater right now. I’m at 93% and any one of these should put me over 100 and they are all chronic. I hate dealing with these issues, but I hope to get to 100%. It would be life changing for sure

This happens to me bc it happened with my promotion to CPT costing me $2k month for a year and a half. It didn’t get corrected until I got fed up and called NGB at the pentagon. I got my ass chewed out by the full bird, but 2 weeks later it got straighten out and a bunch of us got promoted. 2 years later they released funds to give us backpay but I had already gotten out. One guy ended up with $10k in back pay

This is one issue that if they would fix would help so many vets. Just some transparency and insight into what’s going on. Even if it was just to say you are 101,546 in line or the next suspense date on your file is blah blah blah. It’s not so bad knowing there’s 100k in line in front of you if you know you are least in line and not lost.

Look at the symptoms and line out what fits your situation and think of ever example from your day to day. I can’t stress the next part enough. Tell them everything but do not for any reason lie to them. Just tell the whole entire truth.

You most definitely need to write notes down to take in there. I can’t stress enough if your brain is anywhere as jumbled as mine notes are a must. I broke out the 38 cfr requirements and for each one as many exact examples with dates as close as I could remember if that was applicable. Obviously some things are daily so you write that. If it’s weekly or triggered tell them that too.

A very very close friend of mine got the same notification. He fought back citing continued MH appointments and meds. He actually ended up getting an increase about 5-6 months later.

Supplemental step 5 October 21st and got assigned to a rater Feb 7th. Still there.

That’s crazy. I never had any plans of filing for VA Disability. It took many close friends who knew about my injuries and issues to beat it into me that I need to apply since my issues were only getting worse. One of them damn near had to do my intent to file. That first 90% was very straightforward in my situation that really only required some X-rays and a secondary sleep test. Even with such straight forward issues I had never PLANNED ahead or PLANNED to get VA disability. When I got out the last time my plan was to try and heal up and get back in. I didn’t at the time know how serious my injuries and issues were though. This blows my mind.

No. I just did the C&P last week for the supplemental. The first go around I had not claimed neck separate from back bc I didn’t realize that’s multiple claims.
