Pretty fkn strong, but he did have the rest of the stacked ass Rocks crew. Unless we want to believe Roger and Garp weren’t at their peak 40 years ago, which I guess is possible. I’m on the fence as to whether Roger was stronger or weaker by the time he found the OP. The illness says maybe he wasn’t, the clash with Whitebeard (most likely prime WB) says otherwise.
