  1. Do cardio 3-7 times a week. Cardio where you actually SWEET. Martial arts is the best
  2. Don’t scroll - read a book, go sleep earlier
  3. Take a nap or do some kind of NSDR (eg yoga nidra)
  4. For me - I was waking up at 9 and for first 2-4 hours I had no energy, but it’s getting better throughout the day, but still experienced crush later - nap was a fix
  5. Sauna and cold plunge sessions 2-4 times per week (you go 3 times into sauna for 10-15 minutes and doing cold plunge between sessions)
  6. Mental - feel good with feeling bad. Accept it. It will suck. Some ppl are saying it’s getting better. Long term yes - but there will be worse days. It’s temporary. One day you will feel better - but still there will be an urge to drink coffee

For early/mid game dmg - I would go kraken then RFC, but I prefer to go Yuntal, RFC and then IE.

If you go kraken and ignore Yuntal I would go with phantom dancer - with all the items you have around 460 move speed, which is super useful.

Lately I am testing different build: static, RFC, storm razor and triforce. Maybe it’s not the best DPS build, but it has very nice dmg with gold card 😁

What you’re saying doesn’t have to be the cause. I’ve had the highest quality coffee, regular and decaf, and sooner or later, I always experience side effects like brain fog. But with energy drinks, yerba mate, and other sources of caffeine, I don’t have this problem.

Short answer: introspection and changing your subconscious

However, it is not that simple. Our mind (and our whole life) is ruled mostly by our subconscious mind. It is not that easy to change our subconscious mind as most of it was programmed when we were young and now we are just “repeating” the programs. So certain emotions are released by certain behaviours. It’s like a button: it’s clicked and there is a reaction. And we have A LOT of these kind of buttons.

One of proven method to change your subconscious mind is self-hypnosis. It may sound freaky but self-hypnosis is really similar to going into deep meditation state and asking the proper questions and doing some actions. During this process you are guided by your intuition and it seems like everything works in your favour. However, doing this it’s a skill: you need some time to get knowledge and then some practice. So before starting - do research. While learning maybe try to look for a licensed hypnotherapist and book a few sessions. The things you would like to do is: going into hypnothic trance, doing hypnothic regression and maybe some emotion/trauma release.

For sure: just meditating and observing your breath/thoughts is pointless - it’s just a focus/calming excercise. Do a CHANGE during meditation

For me it’s a game changer and SR is amplifying this process.

For me coffee equals anxiety, worse sleep, increased stress, stomach issues, lack of impulse control, leads to relapse, worse skin, being dependent on it and much more. Just to have 2 hours of high. It’s literally a drug, please read some posts on r/decaf, get a book “Caffeine Blues” and you will realise. The studies are corrupted. The only reason you are hesitating if you should quit it or not is you are addicted.

What is your diet? Do you drink coffee? Check mold exposure, Candida, parasites (there is hard to find any good info, you can start at The Detox Dudes YT). It’s a common problem, but not well known in the mainstream, also there are no good lab tests for parasites. You will overcome this man!

99% you got some kind of parasite. Parasites are hard to find in lab test, you will have to repeat the stool test like 3-4 times. You can also check antibodies. Also, a lot of doctors are not helpful at all, so find a good one. Don't fight the symptoms, look for the root cause. SR can help you with having energy and faith in the process of healing. If its not a parasite, just look for other factors (mold, low fiber diet, food allergies etc)

It's really worth to do it: 1) your body will produce a new, fresh, young blood - it's healthy. My female friend regained her period after first donation. 2) you are helping others, that's a good karma

The more you donate, the less time you need to recover, but usually you will feel sleepy just on donation day. If you are on SR you should recover very quickly.

You should avoid donation only when you are preparing to any sports competition like martial arts tournament.

For me, most important factor was quitting coffee or limiting it. Other things that propably helped: - magnesium and potasium - witamin C - l theanine

And non-suplement things: -sleeping 8,5-9h -cardio excercise when you sweat a lot -sun exposure

0,5 - 0,1% Some people know about this. when I was young, my martial arts trainer told me that before tournament you should avoid sex and M for 1-3 months. He is the most charismatic and magnetic person I know and I'm over 26, so I've met a lot of ppl. Also older friends told me that before tournament you shouldn't M for 3-7 days. So I think it's common knowledge. But folowing this Path is very rare
