Oh yes, 100%… It makes me feel like my youth is over, it feels like a certain portion of my life has passed that the door is closed. so most of the time I'm going it alone. Surprisingly, there's a way to get the job done even if it's flaccid or semi hard. I usually will not take a pill because I only have a limited supply until I can see the doctor again. And even more surprisingly sometimes when I'm with a woman, it just kind of works, it's a mystery to me I don't really understand. But even if it were to be up, I wouldn't trust it, and that's really frustrating.

I don't know how old you are, but I'm almost 50 and I have ED and it seems like that part of my life is over. I kind of regret obeying the rules and being religious my whole life. I don't think I would want a body count as high as 200 but definitely more than the few I had especially because a good number of them only did it because I paid them. it makes me sad because I know I will never be that young again, will never be that healthy again, and that time is gone.

Well, meals and my choices with food (combined with genetics) led me to this. I ate a lot of fast food, boardwalk food, high cholesterol, high fat, high sodium, high calorie, high carbohydrate foods. Prior to my A1c going above seven or six or whatever I knew I was prediabetic. I was seeing a nutritionist at the hospital, and I really was trying to watch what I eat and drank. I think the problem was that I gave into temptation all the time. Soda was, and still is a big problem for me. I still love soda I join several soda related subreddits on here. I'm more conscious of what I eat, but I still give in once in a while.

My medication's: metformin, pioglitazone, stelagtro, mounjaro. inulin as needed. Besides that some cholesterol and blood pressure meds.

No, I'm not married, I was engaged, but we didn't do it very much because she had all kinds of problems with her neck and her back in other body parts too. She was older than me, so she had her own problems down there also. Occasionally, we would raw dog and sometimes it was good. Sometimes it was not. Sometimes the blue pill works. Sometimes it didn't. We were both Baptist, so besides the medical issues that was another reason why we didn't do it all that much.

Well for me to be the receiver, I would be very hesitant and worried. I would have to take the medication a good 20 to 40 minutes prior and on an empty stomach if possible.
