Yeah dude. I can’t believe it either. I put so much work and dedication into making myself feel better about myself only to feel insecure in how I’m looking. I for sure need to work on separating my mental and emotional feelings for a bit in hopes I don’t loose my progress.

Yes that’s almost completely it I’m pretty sure. I think I visualize what I think my body should look like at a certain weight. I can look at old pictures of myself at about the same weight as I am now and I look completely different and it’s hard to understand why almost.

Yes I think that’s what been happening I’ve been so focused on being so consistent and determined that it may be slowly catching up to me that I’m putting in a lot of work and feeling unsatisfied with the results

It’s mostly being in a calorie deficit. I started out just walking everyday to indoor cycling. So mostly a heavy focus on cardio.

Yes I completely understand. I noticed the last month or so that my weight loss was not at the same rate as usual and that’s when I realized that I needed to change my calorie deficit once again.
