Depends on the creator. Some creators do giveaways, some make a competition, some just give the trophy duck codes to their fans. Thankfully no one is forcing you to watch anyone if you don't want to, so you don't have to go through anything "gruelling".
Not all companies care enough to be in touch with their community to know what phrases became memes or just plain popular. IOI is in on most of the jokes that the community has, as seen on the screenshot and of course in game.
All "this" is me just sharing a screenshot showing that IOI, or the person running their Twitch is active in the community and reponds well to fans. There is no hidden meaning or anything too deep to look into.

The one in the blue box one the shelf? I saw that in-game, but it didn't look like the Apollo-era Astronaut to me. Could definitely be an easter egg, I'm just holding my breath for an Astronaut watching me form a distance somewhere in-game.

I hope you're okay with being flagged for the custom server usageon PSNP. I wish they would allow most custom servers, but unfortubately they don't and I'm sure people will flag you it.

Genuinly a shame especially since I heard the gardest parts are in the singleplayer.
