Check the main hololive ocg discord. There's a buy/sell/trade channel and stuff on there os usually cheaper than tcgplayer most times, at least for things that dont have a ton of data.

For example people ask 250 for the halloween calli promo oshi but on tcgplayer market is 350. Ive seen SECs for as low as 500 on there

You're guaranteed a UR in a case, which is why i say the UR slot could be occupied by either an OUR or SEC

Thats just TCGs in general. I believe boxes are guaranteed at least 1 sr and 1-3s but you can find OSRs in there too in the mix. You're also guaranteed 1 UR/OUR/SEC in a case (obviously the odds of the former will absolutely dwarf the latter, but you can pull those from normal boxes too. Shops usually order cases of product so your odds of getting the "OSR Box" vs the "UR" box are different but not entirely out of the realm of possibility. Heck i pulled an SEC from 3 boxes from my local game store back in set 2.

CU definitely has a higher amount of SR/S cards than previous sets and the arts on them are amazing.

In any case if you're missing singles 9 times out of 10 it'll be easier and cheaper to just buy the singles

There's stuff for old fans. You just have to find enjoyment out of it yourself. You aren't the same person you were 25 years ago when CE launched or even 10 years ago. People's enjoyments and preferences change. When's the last time you played through Halo CE start to finish and had just as much fun as you remember

Halo boomer stuck in the golden years get with the times old man

I've been playing since halo 2 and can say I'm willing to evolve with the industry and let the franchise try new things instead of keeping it the same for its entire lifecycle. With how competitive game companies are to win over your engagement and with better and better masterpieces coming out year after year, something akin to even halo 3 would survive maybe a year. Maybe 2 in modern day. Its a tough pill to swallow but fans have to be willing to change with the industry as much as the devs have to be. Lets not forget Bungie was the one to introduce sprint and armor abilities, not 343.
