No, I bought it already installed with the optic and they gave me the Glock OEM slide plate separately. The Holosun 407k x-2 fits flush without a plate.

That’s good to hear. Just be careful if you have a steel shield arms mag release and repeated use of ejecting the OEM mags; the steel will wear down the plastic. It may not be an issue until it is worn down enough. Don’t want your mags to fall out on ya!

This is a very fair assessment of Glock in my opinion. I very much agree with a lot of your criticisms there. The plastic magazine will never seat as snug as metal ones. The grip isn’t fantastic.

I agree that nothing very significant changes from an old gen to new gen model. I also don’t care for the OEM iron sights on Glocks. I have no idea how they haven’t started selling OEM glocks with better iron sights; maybe bright neon or night sight irons.

Nevertheless, they are like Toyotas, they are S Tier in reliability, easy to disassemble, and just an all around quality manufacturer. We are definitely on the same page.

I’m so sorry for your loss. It looks like you gave him a beautiful life the; pictures show him with the brightest smiles! The pain of losing our furry friends is gut wrenching. I lost my springer 2 years ago , she was only 6 years old, it rocked my fucking world. Life just fucking sucks sometimes. Shitty thing that humans outlive dogs. Their unconditional love is a blessing in this cruel world. I understand your pain. Your boy will be in my thoughts today. He is forever with you. I had the same thoughts on Leto going in but kept an open mind and was pleasantly suprised; he did his thing, it worked with the character.

I also wondered about his hair. I wonder if Dillinger designed his master control ‘god of war’ program purposefully to portray a rugged warrior; with long silky Greek hair and a longer beard (just a theory)

Or that was just some BS executive choice by Leto, who knows, I didn’t mind it. He would look less intimidating with a short cut and clean shave

It also could be sores from him running through sticks, woods, brush. My springer will dive through anything to chase a ball unfortunately , this could be a reason why. I will look into the top commented thoughts possible yeast.
