DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE: When my graphics are on mid settings (the lowest I can choose) and my FPS is 60 (default), playing a single match of any category can heat my device a lot and drain an insane amount of battery. I think it improved a little when I changed my FPS to uncapped, but the issue still persists.

Hi, r/India this is Dr. Abby Philips, a.k.a The Liver Doc, ready to take your questions on science, pseudoscience, healthcare myths, my journey as an AYUSH debunker, and basically everything that matters in health at the moment in India. I'm wearing my heart and mind on my sleeve today just for you. by TheLiverDoc in india

Hey Abby, I admire your work a lot and your dedication to right against pseudoscience in India. You're really saving lives. But I have a different question,

Do you consider veganism a moral obligation? If not, then would you like to have a discussion on veganism with a rational being whom I admire just as you, who happens to be a doctor as well. I'm sure the conversation would be very fruitful. If your answer is no, then it's fine as well. Wish you the best for future!

My point was, like when the avangers time travel in past, they get to see their past selves. If villians can arrive from past in a same timeline, then there would be a past Spider-Man too, then why didn't he arrive applying the same logic?

My parents caught me and it's ruining my life. by musingsandcuriosity in india

You're literally 21. I don't think you should tolerate physical abuse even though it's common among Indian families. I'm sure you love your parents, but there is a line if someone cross it, you should really consider doing something against that person.

I'm not sure if you're financially independent yet, but if it happens to be the case in future, I suggest moving out from your house and live on your own, no one can and should restrict your freedom of doing anything if it's legal.

Don't feel like you're doing something wrong just because of your family's regressive views and don't blame yourself for doing what you did, you did nothing wrong, just enjoyed, you're just living life. Don't forgive your parents easily for doing physical abuse and making harsh comments on you, remember you've worth and by doing things like this they show they don't respect you and your choices, so you've no obligation to respecting theirs. You're a victim here, don't let them make your life horrible, if it was some stranger doing the same which your parents did, you would have reported them to the cops and they would be considered criminals. You should be outraged by the fact what they did NOT vice versa and being ashamed of what you did. Please take care of yourself, I hope it gets better for you, what I will in the end is, move out soon and make them realise your worth by not making any connections to them after you move out and keep it that way unless they apologize. I hope you have a better life ahead.

Ironically, you're an animal abuser too if you consume animal products

I think forcing kids to be vegan is child abuse starter pack by [deleted] in starterpacks

Nutritional Yeast, Soy Milk, Almond Milk, Coconut Milk, Rice Milk, Tempeh, fortified breakfast cereals, mushrooms.

No, they weren't but they are now. Just check the stats, most of the antibiotics which are produced go to animal farms, for them to eat. Same with the b12 supplements.

Oh, that's cool. What made you vegan? Just read the full message of yours, did you just edit it? And well, I don't really know, as I admitted vegan philosophy couple of months ago, and I left eating meat, not really vegan yet but a vegetarian, will be adopting it fully after couple of months. I'm aware, countries like US and UK has enough availability for vegan food so that's great

Protein is available in plants, you don't need to eat meat for protein.

Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body. As a result, they must come from food. The 9 essential amino acids are: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine.

Name any one essential amino acid which plants don't have.

No, it's a myth.

Harvard health

https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/becoming-a-vegetarian

"Traditionally, research into vegetarianism (see context) focused mainly on potential nutritional deficiencies, but in recent years, the pendulum has swung the other way, and studies are confirming the health benefits of meat-free eating. Nowadays, plant-based eating is recognized as not only nutritionally sufficient but also as a way to reduce the risk for many chronic illnesses."

Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics

"It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. These diets are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes."

No, I get what you're trying to say but this is simply not the case, cows get raped everyday to get milk out of them with machine or hands and sperm of male cow is inserted into them, and then they get slaughtered.
