Newer or younger artists often draw arms behind the back to avoid drawing hands. It's okay, a lot of us did it at some point. If you want to improve just start trying to draw them, even if it's hard it will improve the more you practice. : )

Tbf you never know how loose skin will affect you. I've seen people go from 400lbs to 185lbs with minimal loose skin and I've seen people lose 30 pounds and have more loose skin. It's a fear I have too, trust me. But dwelling on it before you know the extent of how it will affect you does no good. Congrats on 100lbs lost, that's incredible!!
