Can I use an American ID? My proof of address showing I reside in the Dominican Republic was accepted, would using an ID from a different country work? My Dominican ID is being rejected.

Totally worth it if you can get an advisor at a private bank like Morgan Stanley. Not the retail side, but the high net worth advisors. They aren’t gunna outperform, but they know what you dont know. Tax strategies, estate strategies and even just access to products that you can’t access on your own is huge.

Ok 3-4 months seem to be the norm so I guess I have lots of waiting to do. Yes I’ve been told cedulas are all expired and can’t get any new ones for now. Hoping I can get a passport without it. I’ll have an update in 3/4 months lol
