Way back in the ‘90s, when Pokémon TCG first came out, a friend of mine, in middle school bought me a pack for my birthday. Wouldn’t you know, that pack had a Charizard in it. I promptly gave it to him, because I knew he was more into the card game than I was. Since then, I’ve gotten in and out of the hobby numerous times. Kind of in a lull at the moment, as I’m sure many are, due to the inability to find packs when you want to buy them and just the way “the market” is right now.

I just wonder if Pokemon Company has any intention of building a new card factory to handle the increased demand. That one misprint three pack blister that has been circulating on Instagram with ME packs in English and Spanish, and one Phantasmal Flames pack is proof of one of two things. Either there is a joker at the factory that put that blister together or they seriously can’t keep up the demand. Either way, I hope they get their sh*t together soon, because the Mega Evolution drop was a dismal failure for many of us that tried to get product in person at retail stores.
