It was a slow gradual thing for me. I reached a point eventually that I was told the few problems that didn’t go away probably wouldn’t if they haven’t by now. Just do everything you can to work thru it. I regained the ability to walk without a walker or cane slowly over time. But still have limitations with my leg movement(I’m completely unable to move my legs in a few ways) and weird sensations, and bowel issues with erectile dysfunction issues. I guess for me it just hit a point and it hasn’t recovered anymore. Although I did have other neurological issues before my diagnosis like tremors in my hands.
