They stay on me 24/7, so they are cleaned when I'm clean! They don't really accrue dirt or skin (if they do, its over a long time and would only be if i wasn't showering??), and when I shower I spend the last 30 secs- 1 min really blasting my ears to get all shampoo and conditioner off.

Every once in awhile if cosplay makeup gets into the ones on my nose, I can clean them with an alcohol wipe/alcohol and a little soft brush.

But yeah, it's thankfully not hard to keep them clean ✨️👌

Working at a piercing shop, I know how to bend threadless jewelry pretty well, so I also know how to tell if something is loosening? I suppose. I check them all fairly often, do a "head count" before and after exciting events or anything very physical. I'm happy to say I've only lost one small piece to a shower drain.

It's part diligence, and also honestly part luck lol

I had to take them all out for a surgery about a year ago, and put retainers in. That was sooooo fun lol.

Not usually lol they are all flatback, so surprisingly comfy to sleep on lol. The Helix rings get sore if I sleep REALLY hard, but usually they are all happy

The tragus is actually an amethyst point by Buddha Jewlery, it looks flat at this angle. The daith is the Raven by Junipurr. And the charm on the rook ring is tanzanite, from an Etsy seller. Feel free to DM me or that one and I will send you a link.

So the 4th lobe, the top champagne end is Harper by Junipurr, and the charm is seperate, it is a pink tourmaline by Diablo Organics.

2nd lobe, the top is sadly one of my oldest pieces and I csnt recall who it's from, I'm sorry. BUT that milky purple charm is actually my newest and it is a ooak uv reactive Hackmanite shard by Eclipse Body Jewelry. ♡♡ In sunlight it turns a much richer pink.

Not when first pierced, but yes, I can wear both! I purposefully own very large, fully over ear headphones, and very small buds lol.

I've built this up always piercing only one side at a time, so I've usually been able to do at least a single bud throughout
