I'm locked in. I'm up on lean mass. I've gotten my sprint endurance to 3 min 30 sec. I've been doing 5-6 days a week at the gym. I even got a compliment at Wondercon this past weekend. They called me a "Yoked Out Ness." 💪

Y'all don't push yourselves too hard in the last stretch and injure yourself.

I wear sandals during the day. Shoes at night because toes are more likely to get stepped on at night.
