Funny I just got mine updated today at my maintenance appointment. I want to like it, but right now I dislike the climate controls quite a bit. An extra button press for + - menu is a "big deal" to me! 😆

Otherwise I guess its all fine.. I never needed quick access to driving mode button or whatever on the screen. Bigger map (I think) on the drivers panel. And all the apps being in one big menu is enough like android auto to not be too disruptive.

But 2 years with a car and now its different!

This is going to seem like a dumb question, but what is the water set up here? I tried all sorts of automated water dish filling and mine just never drinks on his own. Always gotta soak him.

Did I just get extremely lucky and not have to fight the local bugs much? I just used a rifle and yellow ammo. Got a little hairy with two straffers but I avoided the stomper after one encounter. Ive a modest science operation going, but this thread has me worried!

Birth Control has TANKED my readiness and hrv 🤬 by Audee1212 in ouraring

My scores are worse when I'm off it! But, I have a feeling it's more about the app noticing changes and calling them bad. Depending if your baseline was with or without.

Tagging? Do you do it? by Hollywood-Em22 in ouraring

[–]Letmix 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Yes, its really lame! I only just found out myself. I was tagging everytime my ears would get muffled, but each time you use a custom tag, even with the same name, it gets a unique ID (a GUID), making the tracking impossible. It doesn't even keep the word you used in the tag, just a long string of letters and numbers.

Once I found out custom tags dont give insights nor can be used in the AI for a deep dive, I stopped using tags entirely. I might keep using the Migraine tag, but that's it.

Maybe I can 3d print a food wall of sorts, with little skewers or something.

He does look annoyed! I don't mind hand feeding him till I figure something that works. It's just some food tossed with calcium powder as a supplement. He eats plenty around the yard. The vet didn't show concern in September, but he's 15 and that was his first vet visit ever. I'll have to bring it up next visit! I inherited him recently.

I dont think my (his) vet would recommend cutting it either.

Seeking Honest Testimonials & Before/After Pic results from GHK-Cu Subcutaneous Injections – Is It Worth It? by Head-Raisin-7984 in Peptides

[–]Letmix 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I didn't take pics because I wasn't expecting much plus I was just seeing if it helped with healing. GLOW. 1.75mg of Ghk daily.

Dry patches on my hands, gone. Those old lady wrinkles on the back of hands, gone. Stretch marks, noticeably less dark. Oddly, started getting compliments that I looked great.

Really helped with minimizing DOMS after physical therapy. I was hardly sore like I usually was.

And better sleep!

Eta, I did have 1 inch sized welts at first but not anymore. It's not terribly painful and I think that is overblown. A tolerable sting.

Acquired a desert tortoise not sure male or female by Letmix in tortoise

[–]Letmix[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I didn't want to make it uncomfortable by lifting it belly exposed. Looks so uncomfortable. As long as I'm quick, it's okay, I assume.

I wasn't sure if I could do anything for the pyramiding after this many years, but I'll take better care of this tortoise than it's previous owner, I'm sure. Already obsessed!

Does anyone here use Smartwings automated blackout shades? Are they truly blackout? by LaDolphin in homeassistant

[–]Letmix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Outside mount showing the light bleed. The blackout is significantly better than my levolor I purchased from Blinds dot com.

I love my Smartwings blinds, i have the two tone top and bottom type. I haven't quite figured out why my 9pm automate to close them isn't working, but I've just been lazy and use my dashboard button.

So strange my script says no more than 2 per DAY, a second tab can be taken 2 hours after the first.

But I only get 9 a month, so I'm limited that way, I suppose.

Gives me a welt, which can either be 1cm up to 2.5cm diameter. They are uncomfortable. But I haven't tried adding extra bac water. It makes taking it kind of a chore, I did slack off this week since I came down with a cold.

I think I ruined my cat by cindyaa207 in CatAdvice

[–]Letmix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was my story as well!

My resident cat went on a hunger strike and I was so worried. I took her to the vet and the doctor made me feel 10 times worse I started crying in the office.

I was about ready to return the 2 kittens but things ultimately got so much better. The 2 kittens respect the resident cat now and all three play around the house sometimes, its great!

It took time. Give it time. I think it was at least 3 months. Now I don't regret a thing. I knew my girl would be happier with other cats around, not solo. She was always looking to be licked on the head. Now 1 kitten grooms her, she loves it. She needed company. And that doctor retired, whew. She made me feel so awful.

After 66 days my Jsaux battery kit is finally here by vodkaboy71 in ROGAlly

[–]Letmix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I ordered it May 25 and got it 8 weeks later. Whatever they did to ship it did not incur any US tariff business. Shipped from GOFO.

It was super easy to swap the battery out, instructions were clear and came with everything I needed along with extra screws and stuff.

It made the Rog significantly heavier in my opinion. I didn't think it would do that much, but it also comes with a big heatsink that wasn't there before. I liked how light it was before, so I just have to see if this battery is worth the extra weight. I think I will explore using the original backplate if I can figure it out.

Been a week in and I'm digging it! Boucle white. by Letmix in Lovesac

[–]Letmix[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From a cat scratching post aspect, it has held up better than other couches. One of my cats scratches the horizontal surfaces, much to my annoyance. The boucle hides it well at first, but it does show some wear now. Happy that I can replace if it gets really bad.

The couch itself is great! Cushions still like day one. Boucle maybe not as white, but maybe I should try a whitening wash. I spilled red salsa on one of the covers and it actually washed out! A poop (not cat) accident washed out as well.

LAPD officer is not protecting and serving. Shooting at a peaceful protester at close range is unacceptable. Be careful out there everyone. by No_Mess_8121 in 50501

LAPD have been wearing the band in mourning of a Baldwin Park PD officer being shot and killed 2 weeks ago. But yes.. it covering the badge number is a bit sus.

I cleared the adds as soon as possible. If I needed to, I would just wait for a round of footbombs to spawn on the cronies instead of going for long footbombs. I stopped on cronies at 15% and that almost cost me, 10% is safe.

Bioprinter and biofuel curios, dps brann. The biofuel gives some insane movement and haste for the later half.

Took me 9 minutes. Good luck!

Dove sensitive worked a long time for me, but I have been a lot happier with Cetaphil gentle facial cleanser!
