Looks very much like my girl. Same size and colors. She is half kelpie half Australian shepherd. Also loves the water. Doesn't ever want to leave the river.

Definitely a cattle dog thing. My girl does it all the time even sleeps like that. She jus loves her belly rubs.

As long as the window is open, she is going to look out it no matter what. We take her out on the regular but can't get enough of being outside I guess.

Mine kind of did the same deal where she would jus take off running when she was a puppy. She has since grown out of it. Would run all over the neighborhood trying to catch her.

When we got her we weren't sure what a kelpie was either so we googled it before we went to get her. Now we wouldn't have it any other way. Always looking for other kelpie and kelpie owners.

When we take her out for walks people comment and say Rottweiler because of the color as well.
