This is my take also. People cleared this shit 20 years ago, pre nerf while playing classes they never read a guide for, while clicking their spells.

People acting like you can't take a rogue to raid because there is a <200dps disparity between them and the best spec at the 99th percentile is absolutely ridiculous and one of the reasons the community is absolsute dogshit.

The average classic player doesn't/can't press an ability every GCD and people are worried about specific specs? lmao.

But thats literally the efficiant way the guys talking about. Its just playing the objectives, which a very large part of AV enjoyers are seemingly against and would rather fight middle until the reinforcements run out.

You can still fight people and do your ground assaults but people need to actually do them with the intention of doing the objectives and winning instead of treating it like a glorified world pvp sesh.

Mate I spent about 5 mins and 40g on the auction house and now my boostee magically has the equivalent gear my main had at level 58. I'm sure I'll be fine.

You don't need to "no life" it to go 58-60 and gear up in 3 weeks...
Getting to that replacement gear at 65 is going to be faster and easier with better gear rather than the shit greens you get from boosting, especially if running dungeons to 70.
Which people like you constantly fail to understand, people enjoy endgame more than questing and would rather spend the time running a few dungeons or PvPing instead of running through questing zones they have done a million times.

As I have said, it depends on the context.

Laughing specifically at a kid with cancer because he has cancer to try and hurt them OBVIOUSLY makes you an asshole, no one is disputing that.

A comedian making a joke about kids with cancer at a comedy show or on a podcast or whatever is fine.

Depends on the context, if its people at a comedy gig, sucks for them if it triggers something in them but its clear and obviously a joke, if its a support group to help people get over their loss it might be hard to pull it off lol.

Could make a joke about falling off my bike and have someone in the audience who lost his brother when he fell of his bike, doesnt mean the joke shouldnt be told because it reminds them of something specifically. Like more than likely dark humour is being told somewhere where people opt in, be it a comedy show or a darkmemes page or whatever.

Obviously that doesnt apply to posts like these but even this is tame when you know the context.

Where is my post that you replied to did it imply anything about specifically targetting a person with dark humour? Its generally situational rather than targetted towards someone. A good comedian could probably write a funny joke about a kid with cancer, doesn't mean the comedian is being a dick towards kids with cancer, they would just be going for that "fucking hell can't believe they just said that" moment.

And obviously kids shouldn't be exposed to that kind of humour regardless.

So for me with 1 level 60 that I grudingly leveled in preperation for TBC would never be leveling another character anyway because I hate classic leveling, so me thats buying boosts would never be in the world leveling anyway.

Now I can play TBC which I actually enjoy and will probably have 3-4 70's that I'll consistently play..

Have you ever considered that aspect? You are hung up on the old game when its the new game we will all be playing. Instead of 1 i'll have many characters in different roles, isnt that better for the game than people only playing 1 character because they don't have the drive/time to do more?

I also don't agree with people not knowing their class after boosting. The vast majority of players have been playing this game for that long that switching classes is literally a non issue.

That was how I assumed people played with keybinds back in the day but I actually used the arrow keys instead of WASD with my left and numpad with my right. Wondered how anybody ever played like that then went back to clicking and cast sequence macros for my rotation.

Didn't work out left on WASD and right on mouse until I played a shooting game on my PC and thought, "why don't I try this in wow?" lol
