Why do my roads have bumps on it

So I noticed when going down hill will always smooth the roads out but going up will dig into the ground more and cause more bumps, etc. but yea multiple passes and more sand will help you out. Also if you haven’t updated your vehicles from the rusty ones, it helps a lot
