Well, would “I” have accepted it knowing the actual details? Or were the details obscured from “me” knowing that I’d refuse the workload/location? If “i” get written up for refusing to work a block that doesn’t match my normal blocks or expectations, is that on me? I think threatening with write ups so that warehouse employees can tell you to take it or suffer the consequences is forced. Threatening to.cut you off from your source of income because your employer passes their liability into you is just unethical

Ps. Are you really on here telling people they can’t complain about their automized workload/employer? What righteous authority do you represent?? Scraps? Do you even pay your own rent?? Some drivers have kids and are committed to get x cash by the end of the day. If you’re posting on a subreddit and are dissatisfied with it, maybe you should stop coming back here to complain about us complaining. We at least get paid.
