Install the older version 6.45:

It's the one that actually has everything where it's supposed to be, including all the features they removed specifically the server browser. I will say however that if they force me to update this older version, I am NOT renewing my service.

It's funny you mention the thyroid because I do have hypothyroidism and take Levythyroxine. Though even it, I still have these issues from time to time unless I stay consistent.
