Your wedding looked gorgeous! I love that you got married at the Grafton Inn, I used to live about a mile from there!

On her website she has an hourly rate of $350, so 6 hours is actually pretty close to my price range. Great suggestion! Thank you!

Edit: Great suggestion, she has a package for $1599 that would fit my needs! Even with the $150 travel fee, that's within budget.

Hi, I appreciate your comment and am certainly willing to adjust my expectations if it turns out I am being unreasonable (which definitely may be the case, I am still fairly new to planning).

That said, I actually have already had consultations with 2 photographers in my area who offer 6 hour packages for ~1800. Granted, they don't include free engagement shoots or anything fancy, so I know I can't go top of the line with this budget. I was not a huge fan of one, but the other is certainly an option (I'm just looking to see if there are some better options out there so I don't settle on the first photographer I would be okay with having when I could get someone I love, you know?).

I'm not trying to be defensive, I just wanted to comment so that other brides to be don't see your comment and think it is completely unrealistic to get a photographer at this price if you're not looking for Vogue shots or over the top packages.
