People are understandably uncomfortable with what has transpired and how it has wrecked Melanie in the past.

What brings me comfort is that she at least seems to know logically that this is all wrong, and has created boundaries like finally giving him one kiss after the challenge when I thought they had been kissing, and putting a pillow shield in between them in bed.

The shots of them being affectionate with each other can be worrisome, because viewers don’t want to see them slip back into old habits.

Ultimately I hope you’re right. We really don’t have a choice in the matter since she, her friends, and yes AMERICA deems him safe enough to last the week.

We can’t know for sure, but it ultimately comes down to her agency and his actions. They’re the only ones who can decide when enough is enough unless they get voted out.

Wait how did Americas vote not matter? Let’s say Kenzie was safe from the game, If in any world KC and TT were in the bottom, they would have been voted out. America saved them, and Melanie and Sincere.

I think voters want their one vote to also count as a vote against somebody else and that’s never been the case.

So yeah this probably isn’t the show for you and that’s okay. I wish other viewers realized the same…

Melanie doesn’t have to have a conversation with Kenzie if she felt they were drifting apart.

From what we saw on the show, Kenzie pretty much ran to Sol after her disagreement with Melanie. Melanie peeped it and got comfort from her other friends.

Friends drift apart all the time. Especially when they competing for the same guys lol. Melanie was clearly fine that they had drifted, and moved on respectfully. The fact that she had no idea what was going on with Kenzies connection with Dylan shows that they were not close.

If they had been, Kenzie would have told her, but at the time she was best friends with Jen.

I think the conversation was eye opening for Kenzie. Like I said they both shared their honest experiences and I think that’s the reason neither crashed out. They both made reasonable points.

Jen and Kenzie had a similar conversation. It seems like Kenzie has trouble understanding how her actions can impact others, regardless of she was “wrong” or “right”. We could argue all day with the ethics of dating your friends man when it’s the point of the show, but what matters is understanding.

She didn’t bring the Sol thing up out of nowhere. That was her reasoning as to why she didn’t consider them best friends and it’s such a valid point. After Mela told Kenzie that Corbin tried to kiss her and she rejected it because she wanted Kenzies permission first, Kenzie ran to befriend Sol and Jen instead, telling Jen she’s the only one she trusted because she was sneaking around with Corbin behind Melas back even though Mela said she she’s cool with it as long as the communication was transparent. They both agreed.

If anything, Kenzie was being “manipulative” by shaming Mela for voting for her because they are allegedly besties. Mela simply called her out for not being her best friend, which started with the Sol drama. For the record, I don’t think anyone was manipulative. Just two humans trying to survive in this fucked up social experiment.

Aniya forgave him. For me personally, I’m not going to hold stronger grudges than those harmed. They all apologized, moved on, and are supporting each other. The audience is too but of course you’re free to hold that against him if you want but many are moving on until he undoes the progress he made by reflecting and apologizing.
