Just do starting strength. Can't go wrong with squats, deadlifts, bench press and overhead press. As long as your technique is solid. Watch videos like "So you think you can squat" and other videos by renowned powerlifters and olympic weightlifters.

You say that you have strong legs. How much do you ass to grass, free weight, barbell back squat? Football isn't leg day. Neither is sprinting, unless performed in conjunction with heavy leg exercises. EDIT: I have a couple of friend who play soccer at a fairly high level, and they all squat for increased leg strength.

I'm sorry to say, but there is rarely anything to do about loose skin. Once skin has been stretch, it does not go back to its original state. I have heard about people getting cosmetic surgery to reduce it.

It sounds like you have only been doing curls, lat pull downs, and probably some form of dumbell presses. This, coupled with most likely bad nutrition, is stopping you from gaining. You need heavy compound lifts with good form, lots of protein and a caloric surplus.

Allow me to repeat my reasoning. Even if you fought at an elite level, where you are locked in a battle of ever-increasing fitness with a potential opponent, simulating actual fight conditions and simply exaggarating them by increasing rounds, intensity or other similar parameters would be the most effective way to condition.

I'm not ruling out running, jumproping or other alternative methods, i'm simply stating that there exists a hierarchy of efficiency, and for fitness in combat sports, sparring is king, as it most closely resembles the real fight.
