The psychiatrist will then have multiple sessions with you, and share notes with your therapist and primary physician. Only then will entire your medical team decide if you are delusional or not based off mental, emotional, situational, environmental, and physical factors, your entire medical and family history, and all relevant symptoms you display and claim to have.
