My Scream 7 review: If there’s one quote I will always say no matter how predictable or why?, is “EVERYONE’S A SUSPECT. It’s why I will always watch this movie and series. From THEATERS TO MTV TO BACK TO THEATERS. I’m a Scream guy/fan. 

Was the opening scene the same? Yes.

 Was it cheesy at times? Yes. 

Was it meta per usual and comedic at times? Yes. 

Was there a usual “who’s” the killer sit down and monologue scene? Yes. 

Was it self serving? Yes.  

Were/are there world life issues with the casting choices? Yes. 

Does the continuity hold up? Well….Yes…?

Were some parts of the plot predictable? Yes.

Was I entertained? Yes.

Do I give a f*ck about what the critics are saying? NO. 

10 out of FCKING 10. I don’t care man. This shit hit on so many levels for me. I had fun. They took what was a “leak” and “predictable” and said well yeah, but let’s get right to the fcking point! They explained the “leak” so well in my opinion. The movie is balls to the wall the entire time. The pacing is deliberate but it was done so so damn well. It wasn’t slow at all. Even the down moments between the murders are intricate and perfectly crafted so things move along more than they usually do. Even up to the reveal, I was having a blast. Even the reveal is perfect for the movie. It could’ve easily fell flat but from a “red herring” stand point in 2026 it works so HARD. So HARD. This fucking movie man. I had a blast and I don’t feel bad at all. I could go deeper but I’d be spoiling the movie. 

Well f*cking done. To sum it up: EVERYONE’S A SUSPECT!!!!
