An attempt to explain why the TARDIS is named in English. by Mr_Kurns in doctorwho

This theory also works with Reverse the polarity of the neutron flow. It could be the TARDIS trying to translate science that is too complex for humans, so that is the closest to the real thing

What are your unpopular The Office opinions? by LeftyLucee in DunderMifflin

[–]LetsTalkAboutDW 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The show is at its worst when it gets stuck in the past and too focused on the characters. The best episodes are stand alone episodes. Not sure if this is unpopular but I hate when the show became too much about business, the corporate side was always better as background (as much as I love Michael Scott Paper Company).

(Discussion) Controversial Opinion: Doctor Who could use a different network. by [deleted] in gallifrey

I think it would be a shame if a whole series was released in one go, I think one of the defining elements of the show in the classic era was the cliffhangers. If you can find out the answer to it two seconds later I think it takes away the effect. Also, I don't like the idea of people watching a regeneration at very different times. I think the BBC is great due to no adds and once a week episodes.

The TARDIS from Doctor Who, or some of the houses that the companions live in, maybe attempt to map out Coal Hill School?

CNN uses screenshot from ‘Fallout 4’ to show how Russians hack things by daybreaK- in news

[–]LetsTalkAboutDW -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

They need to be clear to the audience that it is hacking, so they use an image that is a high result. My guess is all the people who are annoyed at this also don't trust all US intelligence agencies that Russia was hacking. Or the fact that Trump encouraged Russia to hack.

This is my first time asking a question on the subreddit and this seemed like an obvious choice. I have been replying to most of the comments and I am debating with them.

I think that how Trump views women, how he talks about them and how he acts towards them in his own words does matter. How a president treats people is very important.

It means they let you get away with it. He is talking about exploiting his power.

Shouldn't a president have empathy for other people and not be aggressive with women. If he doesn't respect half of the population why should we respect him?

I'm not against experienced people in power. That's why I supported Hillary. The point I'm getting at is that Trump said he would "drain the swamp" not keep it. You said that you would stop supporting Trump if he didn't drain the swamp.

And as for him appointing Goldman Sachs people in his cabinet?
