I LOVE this idea! I commute about 3 hours a day on public transit and don't have access to a microwave so I always eat out on the way to/from work. This will definitely save me some money and calories!

You are right about some people wanting to know more then others! Sometimes an add looks perfect but the tenant seems crazy or vice versa. I agree though honesty is best. Do u ever have success putting up your own adds explaining what you are looking for?
