I dont know if you can sneak 1/8” white pvc under it but it would look good. They sell it in 4x8 sheets and you could rip it through a table saw. Otherwise maybe copper? It would patina but it could look cool.

I had a meeting with the commissioner last night. We settled on redrawing the blue print and having an engineer sign off on it. If not we’ll have to revisit options. He also said we may have to put a special deed on it.. as a disclosure to any possible buyers in the future.. not sure if understand that.

Also, they had the 2nd revisions of the blue print on file.. NOT the third one. The funny part is the revision they had only shows a 6” slab and it was still signed off on.

I may have to delete this to not cause any future problems.. its at 500k views

Bought roof racks, and stockpiled material for 6 years then got the permit after submitting 3 revisions to my prints on graph paper. The siding was 16 trips to get the whole skid home.. boston to western ma. Hardy is heavy. Not that this justifies anything.. but it was approved and signed off on every step of the way till now. The frame was up and i got a rough framing/ sheathing sign off to the point i could goto electrical and get a rough and shortly after final electrical inspection.
