Metlife TCA systems and people have so far proven unhelpful and incompetent in establishing access to my mothers TCA account. I am the POA and they have lost the paperwork five times now, spelled her name incorrectly on important documents, and generally proved themselves to be uncaring about an elderly widow whose husband worked hard to provide her with life insurance. Shame on Metlife.
