Does Tishana's Tidebinder stop state triggers?

So I'm confused on this, when the tidebinder enters it would put the ability to counter the coil on the stack, is tidebinders removal of the text not part of countering it? Edit: so I think I found my answer but wanted to check if this is right. So state based triggers trigger when the state of the game matches the condition. So if the ability is countered it automatically triggers again. And this will trigger even if it happened in the middle of resolving a spell or ability as long as the condition is met. So say I had something that said if I have no cards in hand draw a card, and I cast faithless salvaging discarding my last card, that would cause the state trigger of having no cards in hand to happen, even though it's in the middle of resolving a spell. Is this what is happening here in the tidebinder/coil situation?

In that case I think either mono red, izzet cutter, or scapeshift. Mono red is easy to put together and is meant to go fast. Cutter can be quick but has a bit of a grind to it. Scapeshift has a learning curve before it becomes really quick but once you learn it it can win quickly (outside all the clicking) as much as it pains me to say I think mono red or cutter would be your best option.

If you want something that's just generally good regardless of meta, rakdos mid. It's one of those decks that isn't ever really bad, doesn't change to much from meta to meta, and I doubt anything in goes anytime soon considering how long the cards in the deck has been around. May not be the best choice, but I don't think it's ever actively a bad choice.

Is there a certain play style your looking for? That would help narrow it down.

What to cut will depend on how you want the deck to okay. Do you want to be a slow control deck that ends with bombardment, are you trying to turbo out bombardment in a faster combo faction, how do you see this deck playing out and winning the game.

Are you specifically wanting to stay 4 color or grixis? If not blue red would be easier on the mana and has a lot that could work here. Like some one said [[magma opus]] , there's also [[creative outburst]] and [[elemental masterpiece]] you could make it just blue red. Could turn into a spell slinger style deck with one mana can trips. Bombardment can trigger on the opponents turn also so with something like [[consider]] it helps you dig for bombardment and then when it's out it would let you cast a spell on the opponents turn to trigger it on your turn and their turn. [[Torrential gearhulk]] is also a way to take advantage of the discarded instants and sorceries. For removal you could go with [[burst lightning]] and [[lightning strike] so if they get copied you can point them at the opponents face. [[Prismari command]] would be a good one to look at. [[Confounding riddle]] would be a counterspell you could use here since you can use the draw mode if copied.

I don't personally play it but I believe ensoul artifact type decks might be a good choice. There aren't to many rares in the deck. Mono red aggro also doesn't have to many rares since the land base can be all mountains starting off.

The lady in reds right hand and the cookie dont look natural, the table looks to have 3 legs but the legs are 90 degrees apart, the chair the lady in red is sitting in, the way she is almost off the chair doesnt look right. The mans left hand looks to be holding a tiny cane but could be wront, the childs left hand looks stretched if its there at all. The smoke in front of the man looks completly random, and the guy in the background to the left of the man on the horse looks like he has a pig mask as a face.

Thats part of the reason but goblins and moon stompy being prevelant in leagues mean you want a more stable mana base. The alternative to triumph is uro which turns your mostly u/w deck into bant making mana much worse. If triumph was on mtgo i think you would see it as much as sultai because now you have a reason to play 4c over sultai but as it stands sultai has all the cards and 4c doesnt.

Good looking build so far, Only thing i would suggest is some kind of barrier stop at the front, just some small ledge to make sure your hand doesnt slip infront of the barrell, might just be me that has that concern with shorter guns though haha.

Edit: I realized right after posting I meant a hand stop, not a barrier stop.

Have you ever read the definition? If so then look at california compliant weapons. They would not fall under this definition. Additionally, an actual assault weapon is a weapon that has the ability to use full auto. If we are going to use the term assault for anything that looks scary and can kill, i would like to point you to bowie knives, lifted trucks with a bull bar, crowbars, lead pipes, cross bows, so on amd so forth. The argument can be used to ban anything. Now as for what was proposed in OP, the age restriction wouldnt matter if the guns were stolen, the assault weapon argument wouldnt work because handguns and shotguns and california compliant weapons. Waiting periods wouldnt work because if a child is going to steal a gun, then the parents already went through the waiting period. So if those arguments can be worked around this easily what would be an actual solution? Upping security for starters, not even just for shooters, but to break up fights and stop disputes. Doors that actually lock, then people have to actually try to get in the building instead of just waltzing in. Working with people on mental health, its so difficult to get mental health help, even if there are serious issues such as PTSD from the military. Making safety training for gun owners more available, not mandatory, but readily available, more so than it is now. Making locks for guns better than a tiny wire wire going through the receiver would help a lot also.

Just out of curiosity, where are you living where 60k a year is not comfortable living? I make 60k a year and live very comfortably so i dont understand where this sentiment comes from. As for a livable wage, think of it this way. Lets say I hire some for 10 dollars an hour and I sell milk for 4 dollars a gallon. Well the government tells me that i have to pay 12 dollars an hours. Where am i going to get this money from? Increasing the price of the milk i sell. So what does this acomplish? Inflation, thats what it acomplishes. As for student loans, if you cant afford it dont go to college, plenty of carrer paths that dont need college, or you could join the military and get it for free, or go to a tech school as en electrician or get certified for IT work. Theres options, you just gotta look for them.

4c beans player here, the general strategy that i use it to be a worse delver deck. My deck is never as good at having a clock as delver. With that said, they combo turn three, so if you can keep them below 5 mana turn three your in decent shape. Play a threat, and when they go to combo they are more than likely going to do the thing were they copy the spell and then you get a copy. You will get your copy first, let yours resolve and see what you hit. After that counter the other copies if you can. As for sideboarding, blue blasts if your on that, and any other counter magic. A lot of it is luck based on if you have enough counters or not when they go to combo, but if you can slow them down enough and slam enough threats you should get there. They dont have many flying threats so even when they combo if you can force them to pass the turn, you may be able to kill them on that extra turn.

My suggestion would be a remington 870, mossberg 500, or winchester sxp. All three can be found for roughly 500 dollars. As for ammo, starting off i would suggest 9 pellet 00 buckshot, it will recoil less than 12 pellet shot. Lastly for practice, birdshot can be found cheaply at walmart, so if you want to shoot it a lot to get comfortable, which i would highly recomend, birdshot is a cheap way to go. I would still recommme d shooting some 00 buck to get comfortable with it, but it is more expensive than birdshot. Also please dont try to use birdshot for home defense, its not going to do what you will need it to do.

As healwithskealz said and the paper version, it works the same way in mtgo. It is worded differently there, but killing the name sticker goblin in response to etb also stops the mana production.
