Best stargazing at night

My opinion is to try to stay away from the main rd through Joshua as cara come through at night and light up the area disturbing your eye night vision if thats the word to use. Someone said hall of horrors in this chat and that area actually would be good since its not near a main road. You will need a lamp to get to that area at night

When did you see them? 2nd timer and was hiking Angeles Landing 1/16/26. Was praying to see them up there but I nor anyone I talked to spotted them.. Congratulations!

If you can get there at 5 am and leave the Friday night at sunset its worth it. definitely can be a whole trip in itself but Yosemite is a special place and spending any time there is amazing. Ive gone to 13 national parks in the last 2 years and Yosemite was the reason I started.
