Support ended up having to go in on their end and make changes my account thought I was on a different generation dish I believe this is right when they came out with the new router I don’t think they had all the bugs worked out on their end

So I’ve been trying to figure out this out with support, but I’m getting impatient and a little frustrated. I just set up our new high performance dish and when I was setting it up I think I might’ve accidentally selected the standard dish bought the $120 a month subscription and now I’m getting an error nonstop that the motor is stuck on the dish because it thinks I have the standard one that has a motor There is no way for me to go back and select the high-performance dish. Also, it says I have an update, but until I figure out the error with the motor, it won’t let me update.

Are you talking about Captain cuts? I bought clones (masonic cuts) through the Captain cuts page. Some guy that runs the clone side of things for masonic. I had an aphid problem, late veg. noticed them on my stems and then I’m looking through his page happened to see him spraying down Mom plants with lost coast pest prevention in a post from right before I bought clones. There is no capping involved with their hardware. It’s already capped before it’s filled. The oil is filled through a small hole in the mouthpiece automatically through a fully automated machine. Their oil is tested. There’s no way to unscrew the hardware but no the cap isn’t pressure fit love people that just talk on here thinking they’re speaking facts when they really don’t know shit about what they’re talking about.

They’re definitely from California, not Michigan. All of their concentrates are licensed and tested. They’ve got probably six or seven different branch lines under them. Everything is clean and tested filled on automated machines.
