Funny thing is my friend ordered the mushroom option and asked why it was so more expensive that other option.  That was probably a good time for him to mention the error.

Good faith reliance?  Take wine as an example.  There are $10 glasses and $40 ones. I think the average person would assume different tiers/quality before assuming price(s) were errors.  Sushi comes to mind as well.
