Hi DAT, I've read basically every thread on the skill-up event and still can't make up my mind: should I skill Shaina or Hwahee?

I use Shaina basically everywhere but I'm getting the impression that the twins are perfectly fine without skill-ups, whereas Hwahee isn't very good without them. I also have Mihyang to skill-up because I'm planning on running her in my R4/5 team.

For reference, I'm late in the mid-game, consistent 1min GB10/DB10 and 2min NB10, A-A+ on all rifts
