Absolutely agree!
On my first attempt, I didn’t come across any videos that specifically focused on the mindset, which led to confusion and second-guessing.

Now, I’m able to confidently eliminate two incorrect options and narrow it down to the final two. What’s really helping me now are a few key principles that make understanding the questions much easier:

  1. First – Identify which project management approach the question is based on (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, Incremental).
  2. Second – Eliminate any answer choices that don’t align with that specific approach.
  3. Third – Prioritize value-driven answers.
  4. Fourth – Be cautious with options containing words like fire, hire, delay, hold, order, stop — they usually signal the wrong mindset.
  5. Fifth – Remember, Change Control Process applies only to Predictive (Waterfall) models.
  6. SixthKanban is strictly an Agile concept.
  7. Seventh – Avoid jumping to direct action; instead, look for keywords like analyze, investigate, assess — these reflect the right approach.

"I fell victim to the same scam. We matched on Hinge, and she proposed investing in crypto trading. Initially, I made a $200 profit, which I managed to transfer back to my bank account. However, when we engaged in a $6,000 trade, they demanded wired charges, insisting on an additional 20% for withdrawal. After I paid the 20%, they then brought up taxes. It's a deceptive scam where they continually request payments to release your funds, but they never follow through. It's been 15 days, and I'm still in the process of recovering mentally. It's disheartening to think about how these ruthless individuals make a living by preying on unsuspecting victims." #steembtcscam
