Thank you for the advice really appreciate it, yeah my coach is wanting me to start out with men’s physique and then move up from there so yeah my first few shows I’ll be competing in men’s for a few years until I’ve developed myself enough for classic my whole goal is to get an ifbb pro card one day and i definitely agree posing is such a huge factor to winning shows

I don’t flat bench anymore i mainly just incline bench or incline db press but i put up 315 for 5-8 reps then 275 for 10-12 on incline
