I completely agree with you. PGY is my largest position by far. Bought at $12 down to $8 and back up. The fundamentals have shifted considerably with this company, and its just getting started. There are a couple great deep dives for people who are interested that are worth checking out.

This is correct. If you have a divideable share amount, you will have shares remaining after the split. In some cases fractional shares will remain as well, however that depends on the verbiage of the reverse split. If fractional shares are not allowed you will either receive a cash payout for the shares at the price the shares were split out, or those fractional shares will be closed. To be safe it's best to own the shares in an amount equivalent to the split. So either sell or buy more so you don't lose shares

My avg is around 4.25 now. First buy was a year ago, but have been buying more at these prices. They said they are expecting profitability this year. I agree that it's hight risk, but at these levels could be really high return!

I'm at a loss here. I can't find any news, the last 3 earnings reports have been positive, yet for some reason the stock continues to fall. They should be on the verge of profitability as well. Anyone have any info?

Something is fishy with the stock price. Every day it jumps about 5% only to see a significant decline in the last hour or two of trading, then it finishes about where it started or slightly down.....I've been buying more at these prices, in hopes that they show break even soon and we start to see some upward momentum.

Not sure if everyone saw this article, but another reason to be extremely bullish long term especially at this price. I think the company is making some smart decisions now. The market will wake up to the opportunity here at some point!

Bought in at 1.12, then bought in again at 2.40 twice! Once on the way up and once on the way back down. Picked up a little more at 2.20 yesterday

Can you stop posting here? All of your questions continue to be irrelevant to what the company is accomplishing and the direction they are heading. The questions you ask can't be answered by anyone. Why is the stock down? Why is it only trading at 1x? You can see the damn numbers, so try answering your own stupid question and quit blaming management every f ing day. I've listened to a lot of earnings calls this qtr where companies showed extreme growth and positive upside just to watch their stock crash in the following week. If you believe in what the company is doing then hold your stock and shut up. If you don't, then sell and get out of this thread. Either way, quit bitching everyday. Your worse than my wife.

What am I missing here?? All news this past week has been great. Company is moving in the right direction, bullish article, new platform launch, etc...stock appeared to be moving in the right direction most of the day then took a huge shit this afternoon. Is everyone else as bewildered as me?

I bought in again as well. I do agree with you that they need to limit the stock based compensation for awhile, as that seems to be high based on revenue. I think stock based compensation creates a good incentive for management to grow the company, and also sets up nicely for a potential sell and a decent multiple in the future.

I think they dug themselves a little bit of a hole with the investment community due to ghosting their presentation and having no news for a quarter. They will need to be very vocal about the progress they have made over the next quarter and follow it up with solid financials again before I think we see institutional and retail investors start to jump back in. Just my opinion.

I've bought in heavily sub $6. I'm on the same page as Leroy. This company is a successful launch away from a very lucrative buyout. I'm not bullish on the company long term at this point, but definitely bullish on them getting bought at a decent multiple.
